Most of the very high return rates are due to emissions, not ripping people off or scamming. You’re right that these high rates aren’t sustainable, which is why it’s a great opportunity for those willing to bear the risk. Many projects will also fail, which is why it’s important to pick projects and not just chase high APRs, or you’ll end up with a lot of tokens that aren’t worth much.
